Selling 1 Year Old PR 3 Domains & Hosting site - Nice keyword rich domain

Hi Guys,

I don't sell websites that much as you can tell from my history here on Digital Point. But just recieved an email for renewal of one of my site, was very much hooked into autoblogs creation and making money from adsense, so had lots of sites and they were making 5-7 $ per day in the start , but don't make much money now and I don't have the time or the will to maintain these. So thinking of selling. I know people can make money off just selling backlinks, but again don't have time or will to do that .. if they have the time to develop this it could be a good niche site.
