Reason For Selling

I hate this site. We made this site in January of 2006 for a business we decided to open with a friend. After $10,000 was spent on office space, office furniture, computers, phone systems, etc. our "friend" decided to back out on the day we were to open. This site has been sitting neglected from that point on but did have traffic and eventually some adsense revenue as noted below. Absolutely zero promotion or optimization has been done to this site since it was published over a year ago. It definately needs a good home.

Traffic

Here are the 2006 and 2007 traffic stats from the server. You will see several days of 0 traffic in Feb 2007 when we disabled the site while tweaking a server. I would have forgotten it completely if I didn't notice it was almost Valentines Day.

Adsense

A few things. I just added a url channel around the first of the month to track what this site was doing. We've had adsense on it since probably mid 2006 but never tracked it consistently. Also, you will notice visitors on the server stats outnumber impressions on adsense. If you look around the site you will see why, there are no ads on the main index, main category pages, etc. There is only 1 ad unit on the directory pages as well. The new owner can tweak their heart out but adsense has never been a big part of our business and we have absolutely no desire to try and optimize it.

2) This site is actually 51 or 52 Wordpress installations. They do share some parts of the template for easier editing. Because I understand what a pain in the ass it is to move that many blogs I will move it to your server for free if you buy it.

3) As I said no promotion whatsoever. We were going to open a phone room and sell ads to flower shops as seen here. We've had great success at this type of business before and it is definately viable for the right person. Of course you can always just tweak adsense or other ads or sell upgrades online only.
