    I am considering selling one of my smaller sites. It is an established, one year old niche finance site with 100% unique quality content and a unique design on an established domain with PR.

    It is PR3 and makes between $5-$10 per month from adsense. It receives about 10 targeted uniques per day.

    I am not desperate to sell, because it is a quality unique site. What it needs is some solid marketing and SEO etc... which I don't have time to do since I recently started a new fulltime job (the reason I am selling).
