    We have the site www.sislinkdirectory.com for sale.

    It is a link directory running on the phpld2 platform. It has 593 links already submitted and seo user friendly tags.

    We have not done any marketing for this site as it has just not been a prioity. It is however over a year old and with "link directory" in the name it won't be hard at all to market and move up rankings quickly.

    If it doesn't hit our resereved price we retain the right not to sell.

    Good luck and I hope we can sell the site.
