    It's always good Unique content but 100 unique article to 100 articles directory it would be much expensive if your budget allow you can go for that, eles you can use spin version whihc will atlest 50% 60% unique and it's not bad.

    In my opinion latter should yield better results & will be an ideal practice too. Besides, Google is getting strict about posting same content in many directories. Having said that I think we can submit same article in few but not in all directories.

    It is better to go for 100 unique articles to 100 directories. After Google Panda update you have to submit unique articles. After update lot of article directories hit down for duplicate content.

    Definitely go with 100 articles for 100 directories. After the Panda update, 1 unique article passed to 100 of directories is not that effective anymore. Look at what the Panda update hit, mostly article directories because of it.

    100 articles for 100 directories is the best . you just create one articles and spin it with softwere like mass article pro that can make you 1000 articles unique in a time spin . it can safe your budget well

    If you submit same article in 100 directories then article would not be unique at all however the author is same. Better to write one article for one directories. It'll keep your articles uniqueness and site popularity.

    100 unique articles is ideal. This is also because you can get some publishers that will copy and paste your article in its entirety - nothing you can do about that. So keep the articles as unique as possible. Try rewriting them slightly - at laest 35% - 40% different thats what i found useful. And do not submit to one directory - spread them around
