justRenting .com Being a .com I checked comparables and see justbedrooms $500 and justhealthcare $610 such. Planning to develop it with renting being so big after the housing crash. His offer was around $185. Am I doing something stupid comparing with these comparables? I told him the price wasn't fair and he holds that is fair. Any thoughts?
