1 time action referral occurences

I am going through CJ's advertisers list to see what to sign up for. I found one I like - it's action referral period is 45 days, that is fine. But the action referral occurrences is only 1 time. Is this normal to see, or should I keep looking?

that is ok... what it means is that the person who bought or gave you the lead can only do it one time from their ip or their address.

 

Thanks! Most of them seem to have unlimited so I wasn't sure.
