    Is there anyway to know if users are clicking the +1 buttons on ads placed in my sites?

    You can see the +1 stats from the Webmaster tools area I believe.

    Sign in to Google Webmaster Tools, open the desired website and you'll find '+1 Metrics' menu on the left sidebar.
