You will get any amount from anyone through their paypal account evenif your account is unverified. But there is only $100 sending limit for you So if you want to send more then you will have to upgrade it to verified account.
sure,they can send you payments,my paypal account not verified , but i take payments using that account.
i don't think $100 limit is true, last week i received payment for $650 on my paypal account which is not verified
There should not be any limit on the money you can receive but there would most likely be a spending limit for you. The limit would depend on your country.

Im planning to signup for Paypal. Please post the difference between Personal and Premiere account. Could i accept unlimited credit card payments for my unverifeid account? Is verification is must for accepting credit card payments?
There is really no point keeping it unverified because although you can receive all the money that you want, you cannot use it. If you are serious about using Paypal then at the first instance, get it verified then you have no limitations. Verification just give your customers the confidence to deal with you and the few minutes of work in getting your account verified may get you more money and a lot less headache and the full ability to make use of your well-earned money.
