    Hi,

confused with the title? But its very very true. Press Releases are the most Quick - Powerful - and Easy way to get Traffic - Backlinks - and Exposure.

All you need to do is to create a 'not at all bad' content. Better write yourself and submit to 5-6 Top PR sites like pr, pr-inside,prlog etc. No need of editing it. You can submit the same release to all these sites. As far as it's a press release you are safe. As people say social bookmarking and all are not necessary. Simply sit doing nothing after the submission. If you are not submitting copied content, your release will be approved quickly.

Then wait for a 2-3 Hours time and you can see that it will come up on google news. And from there it will be grabbed by many many news spiders and smaller release centers. After a day you just give a search for the exact title with quotes ( exact phrase search ) "your press release title" you can see minimum 300 indexed pages with the title.

    have a great day!

Yup true, but no other off-site seo methods can bring the same hits or exposure that a proper PR campaign can give...

Just out of interest, what was the proportion of good quality to lesser quality websites that had picked up your Press Release?

Is there a difference between a regular article submission and a press release? Both seems to be the same concept in article marketing..

No, you are wrong. With a well written article you can score, just with a single site. But with a perfectly shaped press release you can grow your exposure to beyond what you think. And you will never get as much as the traffic that a press release can give.

PR can be especially helpful if you have a real offline business because you can end up in a legit news outlet which could lead to literally thousands of links.

Though massive traffic will not be possible, if you create a good release and submit to 10-12 leading PRs and also if all of them get approved you will get great traffic and links. There is no doubts.

Press Releases are one of my favorite ways to drive quick, high quality links to my pages. I normally use PR service providers to syndicate a PR; what sites are out there like pr, pr-inside, prlog (and etc.)? Please add URL's to this thread!! :)

What sites do you use to publish your press releases? Do you think you get more traffic when paying for a press release service?

Being frank, Paying for a press release is another foolish thing. We all know the exact benefit from press releases. Then why should you pay for a submission when hundreds of excellent free services are there. These premium services are below in google news with the free release sites..

I have a question to the OP. Can you list some of the PR sites you use? I have seen PR lists before with hundreds of sites, but most of them are useless. What is needed is a list of PR sites that are effective instead a list of hundreds of PR sites that waste your time. Would appreciate you sharing your list of PR sites.

My other question is, did you pay for your PR or was it free?

    Thanks

I rarely use press release's to get backlinks and traffic however it sure sounds like I need to consider it more.

Very true.... PR really works, but I think you must be consistent too in submitting regular PRs

Then you are missing lots in fact. Because unlike other methods if you try this yourself - less works - quick greater results.

    :) Try it soon.

:) Good. But remember not to make an article. Make a 'real press release' which only can really work.

    All the very best.
