1 person online and PM problem?

    Hi,

I've been having this problem the past few days. I login, and it shows only me online. Then there's the problem I'm having with PM's. If I read them, I continue to get popup alerts about them still, and they're still shown as "New". Alot of my messages just seem to freeze up with a white page when I try to respond, and it's getting kinda annoying.

It's just been happening the past few days. Prior to that, DP worked perfectly fine for me.

Is anyone else having that problem?

[also, I figured this is the best place to put this].

    Regards,

Well, thats just a DataBase problem. So, don't worry about it.
It will get back to its normal standings again.

I think its the first time you are seeing this. DP runs around 30 minutes slower for me. I send a PM and after half an hour it shows in the PM box. I receive a PM notification in mail, but nothing here for first 30 mins.

Everyone says that it will be back to normal soon. This happens quite often for me and honestly, I'm tired of it.

Phew, I'm glad I'm not the only one. It's really hard doing business when you see a response in your email, yet you login to DP and find you have 0 PM's. =\

I contacted the moderator about this problem, as it seems to happen quite often to me.

    Here's the thread........
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1402367

They stated it was a database overload. Another symptom includes new posts taking sometime to show on the forum.

    Quite frustrating i know.............

Well i get the updates about the received Pm's in my mail much much before it is being updated in DP.....Sometimes it takes hours to get updated....

Even i also have the same problem of Pm's pop up even after i have read it. :(
