1 PAN for 2 different agencies?

    Does a person need to have 2 different PANs if he/she owns 2 agencies or can that person use his own PAN for transactions related to these 2 agencies?

    In India a person can have only one PAN Card.

    By agencies if you mean different Business Firms then there will be separate PAN card which will be on the name of the Business Firms (agencies), Contact your CA for information.
