1 page - PNG to XHTML (urgent)

    I have this http://s16.postimage.org/k08ve4mvn/robdietsite.png
    its a simple PNG design (fireworks)

    I need it converted to XHTML/CSS
    all text must remain "text"

    I need it done within 1-2 hours at most from now, PM me for quote if you are serious only
    Will pay with Paypal 50% upfront and 50% when done

    just because I said quote me, everyone sent a high cost, actually very high,
    the maximum I'm paying on this is $20 which is fair. the job is available still..
