Buying 1 Page, Long Form Website Design Needed

    Hello,

    I need a Long Form Website Landing Page Made. Here is the page that it needs to look like:

    I have ALL of the text and Logo of my business. I also have most or all of the pictures (except for background images). How much would you charge to make a website similar to this 1-page website?

    Note: I want my site to be SIMILAR to the one in the link above, but still different. I do not want to steal their design so that is where a website designer comes in to add your flair and make it prettier.

    UPDATE TO PURCHASE: I do NOT need you guys to build the actual Form that will be on the Landing page. This is a pre-made form that goes to an Auto-Responder like Aweber.com or GetResponse.com. I only need you to add the form in there and make it look pretty. Thanks!\
