Than can happen. One person can view the page. Then click on two ad's.

    Here's a theory:

They clicked on an adsense link, didn't like what they saw, pressed their "back" button, and clicked on another adsense link. If their browser doesn't automatically refresh, it'll still be considered one impression because the ads didn't rotate.

You people need to stop checking up on your Adsense stats every other minute. It leads to paranoid threads like this.

It's perfectly ok to have 1 impression and 2 clicks. I would only report it if at the end of the day I had 500 impressions and 1000 clicks...

even thats ok sometimes clay, I have a few pages on my site with their average CTR over 100%.

The goal is to have enough content on the page to get the audience interested in the item, stir em up a bit, and either looking now to purchase it, or for more information on it. And since you dont have any more information on it, and you dont sell em, but hey look!! He has a nice link to some place who says they sell them lets click on this.

    Then your reeling em in.

There is no problem with that. I have seen that on some of my channels as well and everithing it's ok. If your hole website CTR is 100 %, then you should worry.
