Why you not use a html/css template or try to learn how html works (http://www.w3schools.com) ? I'll be glad to help you with the html or design when you don't understand something.
I can do little self but i dont have the time to do it. I have get a new work. Some times will people do this for free so them can show it in thiers CV. I will be very happy if you want to create my start page. Ann Pm me
