Buying 1 Page design - Main image and background already made

    I need the inside of page design completed (design and coding).

    Here is a simple layout of what is needed:

    Since the majority of the page is done I will be paying $100 to complete it. Please post your portfolio.

    I have already received many offers, but I am looking for high end quality.

    I am going to raise the payout to $100 for the design and coding.
