guys i optimized copywritingexperts.co.uk for 20 days...and its now number 1 at google.co.UK for its keywords: copywriting experts unfortunatley, it doesnt rank that high on google.COM
yeah actually it brings up okay traffic...like 25 a day without any PPC. i did organic work...concentrated a lot of the content development. made it professional... it appears to me that google has some kind of fuzzy logic language comprehension that can differentiate between real and 'fake' content. i'm a copywriter too so i always emphasize on good content writing, as in my opinion that is the real key to SEO. the other key component is the URL...especially the domain name. google and most search engines look for relevance. its only logical to presume that a URL will imply primary relevance.
it appears that the real glass-ceiling with regards to SEO is the age of the domain. the first 10 search results of truly competitive keywords were almost all registered 4 or 5 years ago. try a search and do a whois, u'll see what i mean.
