    Hello All,

I am sorry if this is not the best category for this situation but I am not sure which one is.

I own the site www.turnkeyinsider.org and the strangest thing has occured. Of all the 100 or so sites I own this is the only one I cannot even observe on the net. When I type in "adult turnkey insider" on google and click on www.turnkeyinsider.org I get the following error:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

    What you can try:
It appears you are connected to the Internet, but you might want to try to reconnect to the Internet.

    Retype the address.

Go back to the previous page.

    Most likely causes:
•You are not connected to the Internet.
    •The website is encountering problems.
•There might be a typing error in the address.

    More information

Please help for I have no ideas on what could be wrong. In 13 or so years on the net I have never had this happen before.

    Thanks,

    Jane

    It works for me,

    some solutions :

Try contacting your web hosting, they may block your ip
    Check your firewall
    clear browser cache

if still no solution, contact your ISP

Thanks for the prompt response. Much Appreciated.

    Could it be my isp?

You have a whole bunch of DNS errors for that domain. These errors can be causing issues for different ISP's, as some will not cache if there is any errors at all.

    Take a look here:

    http://www.intodns.com/turnkeyinsider.org

You need to get those worked out, if you have access to do this yourself (root or reseller), then you need to check the zone files. If not, you need to let your host know about the issues and get them resolved.

    site is down for me.
Contact your hosting provider, the whole server seems to be down.
    check your server IP.

It seems the A records for these name servers have been deleted:

    NS1.NICHESITEDESIGN.COM
    NS2.NICHESITEDESIGN.COM

You need to contact your hosting provider and tell them the name servers are actually down and they need to recreate the A records to get them back online. Once the A records are setup, the name servers should come back online and then the rest of the domains. This can take 24 - 48 hours after setup though.

QualityHost my question would be to you if the A records for the name servers have been deleted wouldn't my 100 or so other sites not show on the net? turnkeyinsider.org is the only one that is not showing.

    Thanks,

    Jane

    Hi Jane,

Well, actually the name servers are not pingable. That itself proves that there is some problem there. The name servers are correctly registered but they do not have A records setup for them or they are not configured correctly.

Take a look at this report:
    intodns.com/turnkeyinsider.org

What other domains are you hosting on the same server?

nichesitedesign.com should be one of them I assuming. I did not set these up myself.

    Thanks for your assistance,

That site is fine. It looks like you are using cPanel, do you have WHM access for your sites? You need to edit the zone file for turnkeyinsider.org and add the A record entries for the name servers. If you do not have WHM access, then you will have to get your hosting provider to do this.

If you do have access, and just are unsure about how to go about it, I would be willing to do this, just shoot me a PM regarding the issue.

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for all the information. Still is all jibberish to me though. I do have whm access though. I am not sure what I would need to provide the access to make change for me. Let me know.

    Then I will im you.

    Thanks,

    Jane

Do you log into WHM as the user root, or another user?
