#1 - MSN, #3~4 - Google and nowhere in Y! Why?

    Hi all,
    am new here & forgive me for not able to provide the URI.
    It is a subdomain that does so - as in the title - in SEs.
    What could be the possible reason?

    My site is in #1 & #3~4 in MSN and Google SERPs respectively for a (not so popular) keyword.

    The same keyword is not getting my site anywhere in Y! SERP!

    What are the factors that help MSN & Google and could possibly go against Y!

    Consider that yahoo takes longer to index the websites and rank them.
