For indexing your site in Google, you should submit it major search engines, top 20 social book marking sites like digg, stumbleupon, delicious, reddit etc.
Great that your site got indexed! Congrats! I suggest you downloading the SEOquake add-on for Firefox, it's free, just search. Turn Seoquake on and search on google for related websites with page rank. Comments on about 5 high page rank blogs a day, with links back to your website, this will improve your page rank a great deal, and more traffic too.
submit to digg.com and write two articles about your website submit one to goarticles.com and one to ezinearticles.com these will get your website indexed quickly. If you would like a list of 55 high ranking social bookmarking sites try> http://marketing-a-website.blogspot.com/2009/05/top-55-social-bookmarking-websites.html
I have found that new sites can sometimes take up to 3 months to get indexed. This is because the site may be sitting in the Google sandbox. So the first thing you need to do is be patient and realize it may take some time. Also, you can help yourself by getting one way links from well established sites (perhaps another site you already own).
Do a search on Google about your niche/content(or you can search blogs related to your niche). Then, from the top 10 results. Find blogs or sites that are allow you to leave your links, ie, blog commenting. Leave your links to these sites and you will get your site indexed by Google very soon.
Add you signature here in DP forum and try to get reputable links maybe you could buy a listing in Best of Web directory or try to write something nice and submit it to ezine articles
