The site already have link building and sitemaps but still not indexed by google. It's been more than a month now. Do you think is it right to file a reconsideration request?
Thats very odd. Can you not put a link to the site in your signature. That way we could look to see what the problem might be and you would help google find it.
Does it have original content? If the content is duplicate, you may never be indexed at all. Second thing is of course you need at least one link to it (from an indexed site)
What is the url of the site? You need to get BL from some good sites and add fresh unique content to the site.
Check out your robots.txt file.. maybe Something stopping from indexing in search engines.. How is it in other search engines like yahoo, etc?
:/ That's very odd! one month? Submit to digg, delicious, furl etc... and check site:www.yoursite.com from time to time to see id it has been indexed
please show your site link? Did you copy a lot of contents from other sites? google do not like copy contents now
I suggest you build some relevant backlinks from some pages that have high PR themselves. Sometimes, a new site may get indexed in 2 days, where on the otherhand, it can take 30 or more days to get indexed. You should wait and mean while, keep updating your site plus get quality backlinks. Also, reconsideration request cannot be used for this purpose.
set up the site in your google webmaster tools account. and submit it to other search engines that what i did to get my site indexed, now it ranks on page 1 of google.
Who told you that? Your site hasn't been indexed until now, and you are submitting a reconsideration request? What is the point, I wonder? Or do you mean that your site was indexed for a certain period of time, and then vanished? Hey, I think you need to look into that closer - a reconsideration request might hang around without being answered forever.
I don't think filing a reconsideration request will do. If I were you, i would have wait for a few more days and keep updating the site and pinging google with the sitemap.
