    I am selling a 1 month old Harry Potter Forum with keyword-centric domain for cheap (I need time & resources for other projects).

    It has the following stats:

    Our users have posted a total of 1384 articles
    We have 67 registered users

    (Remember, its just 30 days old)

    Harry Potter 7 Book is about to be released, so if you optimise adsense, you can earn huge profits & get lots of traffic.(adsense mod already installed).

    I've already installed a Harry Potter Skin, the forum uses phpBB 2 & is presently hosted on DreamHost.

    Yeah, adsense is up, but so far I've failed to optimise it properly, it is earning something like 6-7$ (month) but this is just the startup, you can always optimise it. Also, the posters are 90% non-paid, if in case you got paid posters, 1384 articles would have cost 138.4$ anyways, so this is a good deal.

    Also, some advertisers are interested in advertising their banners on my forum instead of the adsense at $2 a day.
