    I'm looking for publishers that can advertise my image hosting site (photolinko.com) on their site.

    My budget starts at $10 per month to $30 per month...based on how much i like your site, your traffic, and position of the banner.

    I have many different banners.

    why dont you advertise on adbrite? it is cheaper and more effective on adbrite.

    I am advertising on adbrite..its not the best solution..trust me! lol

    Anyways my offer is done for now i got couple people, sorry i couldnt reply to everyone's pm's i got hit with way to many.
