    Having Kindle in domain name is against Amazon TOS, you should monetize it with adsense and sell it accordingly...

    Actually I have already received several Amazon payments for this site and I have worked on several other sites that had Kindle and iPad in the domain name and they had no problems either.

    It is specifically against Amazons TOS to have the name kindle in the domain.. You may have been lucky so far, but I would not buy this site knowing that a major source of revenue.. i.e. amazon affiliates.. could be removed at any time.. Don't believe me.. here is an extract from Amazons TOS

    (f) include any trademark of Amazon or its affiliates, or a variant or misspelling of a trademark of Amazon or its affiliates, in any domain name – for example, a domain name such as <endlessboots.com>, <amaozn.com>, <smallpartsstore.com>, <amazonauctions.net>, <kindlemagazines.mydomain.info>, or <kindlewirelessreader.co.uk> would be unsuitable;

    (g) include any trademark of Amazon or its affiliates in any username, group name, or other identifier on any social networking website – for example, a username such as “Endless Shoes,” “Amazon Japan,” “Smallparts Hardware,” or “Kindle For You” registered on a social networking site such as Twitter or Facebook would be unsuitable; or

    I did not mean to contradict Nilgesz only to say that although it might be against amazon TOS to have trademark terms in the domain url, that specification is mentioned usually to protect themselves against websites that diminish their brand reputation, and they do not pursue action against small time affiliates who try to promote them , as it is proved by thousands of websites on the web that have trademark terms in their urls and never had any problems.

    In any case, adsense is a very good and decent alternative, that can easily match amazon's revenue, should the new owner decide to switch to it.

    If you feel this is not an auction for you, feel free to pass on.
