1 million hits in 8 months

I made a blog.. and got 12.000 visits on it`s first month.

I`m trying to reach 1 million in 8 months... Do you guys know any tips to make my job work easier =)

Advertise on Google's content network. Very very cheap.

 

Try it through social networking sites, especially digg.

12k in the first month is quite unbelievable.You should be the one giving tips to us.

Submitting to directories helps you gain hits because the directory administrator usually visits your site, or in your case blog, to determine whether to approve your submission. This is a way to get some "cheap" traffic but also helps to improve your page rank and backlinks. Very useful.

 

Those are going to be the most worthless visits ever.

They are doing their job - they aren't there to find cool sites or buy shit.

Low quality traffic at best.

 

Hits or visits? they are both different, and 12k sounds too exact to me, im suspicious.
