Well its very subjective question. One million pages may get million of visitors a day. Or there is also a possibility to have only few thousand visitors(like any database website for specific group). We cant conclude until we know more detail about this website.
yes you are right my pages will yellow pages database of india, Auto Bloging Pages, Yahoo Answers Scraping pages etc.. demo for visit this site. India Yellow Pages right now it's just for india but want to make it for 20 Top Internet users country. i do have database of those which have more then 20 Million Business data

Google does not act friendly to sites that have millions of pages. They will think that it is mostly auto-generated content. Google likes original, quality content. Your visitors do too.
I have a site that has about 1 million pages. actualy like 1,300,000 but only 6000 pages are indexed right now. At this point in time (with 6000 pages indexed) I am getting about 200 visitors a day. So do the math... cross multiply
If you do not have enough backlinks then you will not receive many visitors whether you have 1 million or 20 pages. Backlinks is what make the pages rank
It depends. If your pages are ranked well in the search engine for high trafficked keywords, you will get more traffic but if you are not present on the top ranking spots, you won't get high traffic. It's all the game of keywords and rankings.
My site has around 23K pages indexed and Google is sending me around 50-60K visitors each month. However I do notice that my blog ranks pretty high on many keywords and as for each post I made the page is SEO that may be the point. Having 1Million pages but with less work done for that particular page won't bring much success.
You obviously should have should content inspite of having more pages.... I get good traffic and unique visitors everyday for my blog and my site, without so many pages
