I must say first of all that the term Retro Jordans gets searched over 30k times a month according to Google.com. I am currently ranked #1 in yahoo for this search term! here is proof:

I am selling www.retrojorans.biz because I need money for other things. This site is run through wordpress and includes a premium template from studiopress. That alone is worth $79. The site has been modified with multiple plugins to create and post articles automatically from a number of different sources. I have coded the theme to display thumbs for the articles it retrieves. This just makes the site look much more professional and appealing to the eye.

All this site needs is some SEO and backlinks to rank well and start seeing major traffic from this site. I dont have the time to do this, nor do I have the money to pay for backlinks or SEO techniques, but if you know easy ways to do this, you will have a very successful website.

I have set the price at $150 which is 10x revenue, but if you are serious about purchasing this site, please let me know what price you feel is fair and I will consider them.

The revenue stems from Amazon, eBay, and adsense. I have recently created a popover with a ppc campaign which should also bring in traffic, but it was just installed, so I have no income from this yet.

70% of my traffic comes from organic search engines
23% comes from referral sites (mostly Google images)

I can also include the retro jordans twitter account which I have just created with 16 followers and I have also set this up to automatically post new articles that get published on the website.
