Thanks for the reply, I have had this issue since i had signed up for the service back in March. I tried it a few nights and then didnt come back to it till 2 weeks ago and i still get the same n/a on all my results. So kinda confused on what to do. Chris
phewww!! It's not just me then. Every single 1 of my sites NA'd and a million thoughts started racing through my mind. "Was that recipricol link I did with that guy actually a link farm?" "Is this the sandbox?" "Has Google died?" "I'm hungry"
This is the error I'm getting on the Keyword tracker; Exception from service object: User ID is invalid.
I believe I remember Barry Schwartz (rustybrick) getting exasperated on differences between API and SERPs, and my perception is that it is a long-standing problem that API results can vary from SERPs. However, it is also worth noting that Google is particularly unsettled at the moment and serving different results from different datacenters (it's like February again) - so you may find that API and SERPs results are going to vary significantly according to which datacenter is being used to call results from until Google settles down to stable results across all datacenters.
That's relayed from the Google API servers, so you would need to contact Google about your Google API key.
I just noticed that keywords on my home page is working just fine, its all the inside pages i keep getting a n/a. And thats for Google, Yahoo and MSN, though i know i am ranking on these words in the top 10. Is there something different im supposed to do for the inside pages? Thanks, Chris
