    Hi,
I have two terms for wich i'm #1 now in Google. Anyway, the keyword tracker returns N/A. All my other keywords show fine, even if they are #1, but there are two specific ones that show N/A.

    What could it be?

This happened to me yesterday and when I reran it a few hours later it returned.

As long as you actually see your site at number one on all the datacenters, I wouldn't worry about it.

Do you have an example keyword/URL (exactly as you entered it)?

Under your settings, make sure your account is setup to do a language restriction to just Portuguese.

It is Shawn. Other keywords show fine but I have 3 that stopped showing. I even added the keywords with diferent domains with / and without to see if that was a problem, but still the same...

I'm seeing a similar thing on some of my keywords, Google and MSN work fine and even some Yahoo ones are good. However on a few Yahoo terms it's returning N/A even though I can manually see the term at #8 in the Yahoo SERPS. I've been ranked this high for a little while now so it's not a new thing.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

I had a site in the backlinks/pages section that reported zero backlinks and no pages for the longest time. Then it magically started working. I figure it was the API that was the problem, since the site was relatively new. I see plenty of changes day to day that the API doesn't keep up with.

It was just strange to me that it deals fine with some terms and not others

Actually I have some keywords that go up and down (but they keep at #1, #2 or #3...) and I can't check some subdomains...

    Edit:
Also, using a fresh new API didn't solve my problem.

I have the same problem today - gave me a big panic at first because all my keywords are showing N/A daily change -9,989. Went to the SE's and checked but all is ok, so I assume it's a blip in the tracker this morning

I only check 30 or so words, usually takes about 5 minutes to run, but this morning it was done in about 2 seconds

Probably used up your API. It is only allowed 1000 times. :) Do you use other tools with your Api?

I have the same problem. It's very strange and only effect some keywords in MSN (kw's that I'm positive are on the 1st page of results and have been there for a long time.). I get all N/A for Yahoo (I know I'm in Yahoo too).

Yesterday, I moved the site that has the kw tracker php code on it to a new IP (same server). This morning, everything went n/a. I thought it was my fault, but now it looks like it might be something else. I feel better already. :)

I am having the same issue with all my keywords. They all show up N/a, though i know some of these have top 10 positions.

Is there a way to correct this?

    Thanks in advance,

    Chris

THe tracker is using the API to show results.

So ... when your results are fully updated within all dc's, you will see them in your forms.

It's a delay of about one week, from your results that show in Google, and the Keyword tracker.
