Comes with the domain name and the Wordpress files and database - will also come with two other domain names.

Also comes with a book I wrote on how to outsource and get outsource workers. This book will be given to the new owner to sell or give away - but no other rights will be given with the book as I am still adding to it and will eventually create into a larger book. I have been using the premier of the book as a free giveaway to attract potential viewers. 39 Optins so far.

The traffic on this site is extremely targeted at this point. I have done some linking and have built some decent references. The Alexa rank is starting to come down now and I believe the PR will hit at least a 2 come January when Google makes its update.

Why am I selling - typical excuse... A. too lazy. B. Too many projects & my AADD can't handle it all C. Make up your own and insert here - - - this site has to sell this week - this is the 3rd time I am attempting to sell on DP. I believe it would be easier to sell to other affiliate marketers rather than any other site.
