#1 for "smf skins" G-search, 500 uniques a day, PR2, Alexa 680K

    Can you guys please appraise my domain?

    The domain is ztut.com
    It gets around 500-600 uniques per day. Most of the traffic is from search engines and type-in.

    It appears as the first result for the search keyword "smf skins" in Google.
    It is a PR2, estimated to be PR4 next update.
    Alexa ranking is around 680,000 if I'm not wrong.

    Please appraise, and PM any offer if interested. I might auction it off if I don't receive good offers.

    Well, nothing except Adsense only on one template. So, that isn't earning a lot of revenue either.

    The general guideline is 10x-12x monthly revenue.

    Your forum appears to be dead so that would impact your site's value.
