Just a note on your price comment. While I agree that some people want ridiculously low prices you do have to remember that there is a lot of competition for work out there. Places like DP are basically 100% 'outsourced' work. On the other hand while there might be merit in outsourcing coding and graphics .. I have serious problems with front line phone support and written documentation. Without being racist/degrading/insulting - documentation and phone support should be done by people who have a GOOD grasp of the given language.
