I am about to launch a new website and have run into a major problem. I have 1 domain and 2 subdomains. It wasn't supposed to be this way. Between these 3, I have 741 indexed pages. The URL's are #1 http://tampalocators.com , #2. http://tampalocators.com/wpblog/ , #3. http://tampalocators.com/dave_skampsoft/ #2 is where a LOT of my content is placed. It was intended to become our new website about 2 years ago but the code was just too messy so we started over just a few months ago. There was a LOT of content generated there that has been indexed. #3 is a temporary subdirectory used just to develop our new site. No loss when we close that down.

The big question is.... is it better to try to do a lot of 301 redirects for all the content on #2 or is it better to just copy the content and shut down #2 so there is no conflict with duplicated content in a subdomain?

Thanks very much for any advice you guys can offer.
