My PSD to XHTML/CSS coding is efficient and clean. $40 for the homepage, if you'd like more pages than that the rate increases a bit. I also offer PSD web design services for $40 a homepage, design + code is only $70 though. My only terms are that I receive 50% up front payment with paypal. I don't work for only the possibility of getting paid. Within 24 hours of receiving payment, I will have your page coded, or a quality and complete design for you to look at, and then if you need any revisions, I can make those for you. I offer many many revisions on PSD web design because tastes are subjective but only few revisions on XHTML/CSS coding.
