Contest 1 day Banner Contest - $20 to be paid to Winner

Hi,

Here we have a $20 contest for the design of a Header Banner. The contest criteria is as follows:

1) Must be red
2) Must be clean
3) Must have the following five images as layers: http://imageshack.us/g/820/arrowmax.jpg/
4) Must have the following Tagline: "Australia's No.1 Online RC Store - Catering for the more discerning racer"
4)Size must be 400h x 160w [words can vertical or horizontal]
5) Payment by Paypal only
6) Reserve the right to select a winner outside of DP forums as this contest is also run on other forums.
7) Must contain the words XXX Hobbies - this must be editable in the psd file
8) PSD and PNG file to be provided by the selected winner
11) Designer MAY be taken forward for further design work

The quality of this banner needs to be good so only skilled designers need apply !
