hi , i was studying in india for three years when i first opened my paypal account,that was 1 year ago. i went to uk and for some reason my account got limited..(i didt work or solv it since then).and it passed 180 days. now i live in uae-dubai,i opened new paypal account,i have bank account and credit card which am using on my current paypal account. can i add this card to my old account and withdraw my 1400$ to it ?? is it possible ? please suggest me what to do,am not indian and am not goin back to india anymore.
Nope thats not possible. As you have $1400 stuck in your old paypal you have to remove limitations at that time IMO. DON.
i cant,bcoz i dont live in india any more ,to remove limitation they ask for address proof and my old cc number which i lost long time ago.. what to do about that ?

Since the 180 day period has already passed, your fund is free to be withdrawn... but unfortunately you can withdraw it only to a bank account. If you have already closed your Indian bank account, I am sorry you will not be able to get hold of this funds. Regards, RightMan
No,you cannot add one Credit card to Paypal account as when you try to add same credit card to another account,paypal will give you a message that your card is already added to another Paypal account.
i did,and yes they restored my account,i sent my money to my new paypal account (which they told me to open) and closed the old indian account.. am so happy,paypal support is better now .. love you paypal
If you have only one credit card then remove it from newer account then attach with old one. after got your payment you can again attach it with new one. what an Idea sir g
