can anyone explain this? I usualy have an average of 5 or so clicks per day but today I only have 1 and it says 0.00 for earnings... thanks
I've received them before. I accidentally clicked my own ad the other day (e-mailed AdSense about it and they thanked me for telling them) and it showed up as 1 click @ $0.00. But there have been times that I know I didn't click my own ad and I had the same situation. In fact, I've had it quite a few times but on that site, my normal CPC earnings are terrible anyway.
No offense, Norman, but if you're only getting 5 clicks a day, I'd be less worried about that 1 click that netted you 0-cents and focus all my attention on getting more traffic.
Depends on your site's topic. If you have a high-paying keyword, you get more per click. If a low-paying keyword, less. The real answer is: It depends on what type of site you run. Search the forum for more answers. This topic has been discussed more times than the year has days.
google does not pay for a click if they think its fraudulent or if they think the click is very unlikely lead to a sale now they have algorithms and PHDs working on this
