    My site have Paternity testing content , everyday i got about 0.1 - 0.5 per click but today is a special day :D , now i have 1 click, maybe i should optimize my site

    Good idea, you are using H1 tags and discriptive HTML page names right? (I find that using keyword-keyword.html in your page names make relevant ads appear on adsense to those keywords)
