    also schools block websites and if you can get on a proxy you can view those blocked sites (depends on where you are)
    cant do it here in aus (that i know of cause the block by keywords)

    Didn't anyone notice something strange?

    The author of this thread said he/she earned $1.04 in 1 click, but I saw only $1.03 on the screenshot only... :D

    Pretty much. Once you have the site setup, all you need to do is advertise and drive traffic. No real need for updating content or anything.

    I noticed too, but I don't think 1c really matters that much ;) :D

    BTW, my highest CPC on a proxy is something like $2.50. It was when I first started, though, and the highest click I had recently was around $1.
