Today, I did get my first confirmed 1 cent click... Bad too bad... -A person I met a couple of months ago told me: "As an AdWords user I wish more sales instead of more bandwidth expenditure. That's why I'm cancelling my AW account."- IMHO, the AS decline may cause MSN/Yahoo to cancel the projects we are waiting for so long. I wish they don't. Instead I vote for really harder rules in order to make not so easy to become a publisher. There are thousands of garbage sites displaying AS ads; link farmers, sloppy personal pages, 12 pages sites, cheaters AND there are millions (kids and adults around the world) suffering severe "clickinitis" that purchase nothing at all online but click every link they met in a WEB page. That's bad for the industry, and very bad for us, for we are part of it. Imagine the future of the publicity industry if all first class magazines decide to display ads for pennies. What is worse, what would happen to the Internet industry if AS fades out? What do you think?
1cent clicks are a pain in the ass---and disgraceful...considering the work it takes to build, host, promote and present a site.... just to get 1cent !!
You cant complain about everything. Everything is evolving and you cant go crying about it. You should rather adapt and if you can't adapt to adsense/adwords find an alternative. I might get some 1 cent clicks as well but I dont notice because its just 1 click and I have way more to go around. If you only get 1 single click on a channel to see its 1 cents you should change ur strategy because obviously its not working.
for one channel on a different site, i have seen 7 in a row. other channels on other sites do much better, but 7 in a row is unbelieveable. i do fine from adsense..i am merely sympathising with johncr.... who's obviously annoyed with it.
Yeah, I've also had several lousy 1-cent clicks. And I've had $3 clicks. It all depends on the ad your visitor clicks on. Don't worry about it, one-cent clicks aren't so common.

One cent clicks have never been much of a problem for me, but I can see who they would get annoying. But in certain instances getting low paying clicks is unavoidable such as if your site is centered around a low paying keyword topic.
