then how do people use these vouchers?
They are all having new accounts? for the first time?

You can have multiple accounts. As far as I know, you can not however advertise the same site with the same keywords on multiple accounts. You should read the TOS.

 

what if the campaign is deleted in one account and then used in another account?

 

If you want to risk, you can try. But if you can't make enought from your campaign to pay adwords fee, then you just waste money. Just my 0.02$.

 

I tried it and it works. So now What I wanted to do is....

I invest 1$ and get 4$ ( I used to make 2$ without any advertising).

So I infact make 1$ more...now if we blow it out then its a lot of money. If I use one of those adwords vouchers then I am in a very safe position...see that?

My question still remains:
If I delete a campaign from my account then can I create a similar campaign on a new account? say with a different credit card and email.

Is that allowed? I read the TOS and was confused.
