$1 Authorization Charge?

    Hello,

    I recently signed up for a website and had to use my credit card. So I generated a "one-time" use card via PayPal plugin. There is no initial cost for signing up, so I signed up. I than noticed that $1 was deducted from my PayPal account, and also received an email about it from PayPal. I then deleted/closed the card I generated.

    Is this $1 charge temporary and will I receive it back into my PayPal?

    it should be returned if the company is genuine one
