Here is a little trick I use to get a high ranking article and alot of page views, very fast.

First go to socialmarker.com and register to all of the bookmarking sites.
This part is sucky and will take about an hour and a half, but it is worth it because you can get 90 backlinks to your site for each article in about 5 minutes when the process is complete.

Choose 1 of your best articles every week to bookmark to socialmarker.com

If you do all of your articles you might be called out for spamming. It is also helpful to bookmark other peoples sites so you dont seem like all you are doing is self promoting.

In one month each article you submit will get you about 600 views per month if it is good.

This method works very good for me and my freinds and I hope it will work well for you

 

Another trick is to produce a video (you can use the article titles / keywords) and then point that to the articles and then socialbookmark the video.

i dont know much about this method. but for me stubleupon worked good.

 

Usually i can get about 300 hits just submit o digg and stumbleupon.

 

300 hits is probably a minimum with StumbleUpon. Some people have reported 6 figure hits but the articles were extremely well written and in depth... worthy of wikipedia even. I should know, I wrote a guide about it

As for your method, of the 600 hits you get how many visit more than one page? Whats the bouce ratio ?

I do have a question for people who use stumble upon - how is it really beneficial to your blog? I mean, if one article gets stumbled - what's the effect? And how do you know the number of hits?
