1 account, but numerous identities?

I have a question regarding account legalities on the forum. Is it allowed for more than one person to use a single account? Like say for example, 2 people had definite access to the account named Joewizard and both actively used the account on digital point. Would that be allowed?

If you and someone else are sharing a single account and one of you rip off a member, would you accept being called scammer just because your mate did it?

Even if your answer is yes or you are convinced your mate will not do that, I believe it is not allowed, but wait for a mod to confirm that
