    Does anyone know any company that accepts paypal and sells 1-8** numbers because I would like to invest into getting one for my web hosting business.

    I use these people to buy toll free numbers: http://www.phonepeople.com but unfortunately they do not accept paypal. But they are really good for toll free numbers, cause they are not reseller like others. I would suggest if you dont have a CC then buy a VCC and purchase toll free number from them.

    Not sure if there is someone who takes paypal :( . But vcc should solve your problem :)
