Hello! I make custom ringtones for cell phones. It's 100% legal. I purchase a song and I convert it into a ringtone. They are $1.59 each, and they are just like the ones through Realtone Jukebox for $2.99. I can make any song a ring tone. I accept payment through paypal, and once I make the ringtone I'll attach it to an e-mail and e-mail it to you. You'll be responsible with getting it onto your phone. Many phones now come with memory cards and it isn't hard to get it on, or you can even e-mail it to your phone. If you have any questions, just let me know! The ringtones can be made fairly quickly, but if there is a high amount of orders there may be a slight delay. Thanks!
It's a ringtone for your cell phone. We convert the file format to cell phone format and we also cut and format it into a ring tone. Like I said earlier, it's the same sort of songs that you get through Jamster, Realtone Jukebox, etc. They charge $2.99 per tone, and I'm charging only $1.59. Each tone comes from real music, and we put it at 96 Kbps so that the music quality is good as well.
I had a similar idea a few years back but found it to not be an ideal idea. Not to thread-crap but it's not exactly 100% legal.
Actually, it is 100% legal. We pay for rights on each song. You don't know our process that's involved with it, and you don't know our legal status. It's perfectly legal, and if anyone would like a music ringtone, just let me know!
Did I say I know anything about you? Sorry you caught feelings over that but all I'm trying to say is that to legally sell ringtones, it's more complicated then to purchase a song and then convert/crop it and sell it. You can license a song but that doesn't necessarily mean you can make or sell unlicensed copies.
Yes, and we've been through complicated stuff. We've made our arrangements and it's completely legal so it's none of your concern. So before you tell people that it's "not exactly" legal and trash my thread, you need to know all the facts. It's nothing against you, and I do understand where you are coming from, but in our case it's completely legal, and your comments are doing nothing but turning people away which is why I'm defending my product.
