As you know, I have emailed you about my dissatisfaction over the poor quality of work delivered to which you said you will look into it.

After several follow up emails after that for the rework / revision, you replied saying that you have sent it to me.

I have since requested for you to resend the reworked / revised articles - but you have yet to reply.
