    Well, you need to advertise your site. :)
    Use yahoo answers and join some forums and put your site link in the signatures. :D
    I am sure you will get more visitors then.

    You can also submit your site to Popular Web directories & also write articles and post in top high ranking Article Directory under relevant category. You will get lot of traffic from Articles.

    You can try to change link with other website. it will help you. i had also a website about property advertising so i tryed and it worked.
