I have been getting extremely low paying clicks too, although not completely zero.

My Clicks are averaging out at $0.01 / click.

What's wrong with Google? I thought minimum was 5 cents?

That isn't normal. You should be getting more clicks for that many page impressions. You definitely should have earned something to.

You might not necessaarily get more clicks, it depends a lot on the type of site you have, but each click has a minimum value of at least 1 cent I believe. It could just be a problem with the reporting, sometimes earnings and clicks can lag.

I had a similar experience this month too. High impression but low click values. 10 clicks for about 20 cents. Horrible!

Hi, I don't know about why one would get $0 for 8 clicks.

But Caydel, I would like to point out that the minimum CPC dropped to 1 cent a few months ago. Plus, Adsense members only get a share of the actual CPC. So, I guess if he/she got 8 1 cent clicks and then earned a share of that (say 10%), it would be 0.8 cents and might appear as $0.00 on his earnings?

I wish there was a way to disable the viewing of the ads if the ads displayed are below $# , because I would defiantly much rather keep a visitor than get paid $.000079 for one leaving my site.

This is getting ridiculous, too bad there are no quality alternatives

fgs, I don't think there will ever be such an option as everybody would disable low paying ads whereas for all we know, these advertisers (who pay less per click) could be forming the bulk of Google's advertisers.

The other thing to consider is that earnings from Google might be dropping as they have dropped the lowest CPC a few months ago. In New Zealand, it used to be 9 cents and is now 1 cent. That's a huge difference. In fact, I have an Adwords account that I manage for my company at work and our expenditure with Adwords is now 1/3rd of what it used to be before the lowest bid was dropped.

I appreciate this a lot as an advertiser but don't appreciate the drop as a publisher! :)
